"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was wear and tear on the room but it was just ascetic. Everything worked and it was a comfortable room."

"We did enjoy the spotless room and shiny floors. A couple of disappointments were that there were no ice bags. She offered to get some ice at the store but we were headed out. The wifi listed on the room book cover was wrong. Had hotspots tho. I had an unfortunate leg shin collision with a massive piece of metal frame sticking 6 inches out. Crazy bad."

"When we checked in the front desk was very helpful. The problem was the room the TV was nothing but static then there was gum stuck on the TV stand but what really got me was we woke up early to leave and seen bugs on one of our bags."

"The price was affordable and the sheets were clean. The people running to food concession on site were very nice!! The door didn’t feel very safe. The tv was too low or too small to see when lying in bed. There were minimal bedside lights and/or places to plug in devices. There was no tub."

"Had a little trouble signing onto wifi--the manager kindly came to my room to assure I could get onto wifi with both my phone and laptop. That being said, I did notice that the connection may not have been terribly fast, so someone who needed to stream a lot or do lots of gaming might have found it not satisfactory. It's not a new place, but everything was serviceable and fine. Mattress perhaps a bit soft to some tastes."

"The house and property are wonderful and a unique experience. The host is very friendly and successfully provides a great place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked and even had juice and cream for your coffee. We enjoyed our time in Tucumcari and recommend the train and dinosaur museum, as well as the historical society."

"This was such an Amazing beautiful home with lots of amenities, for fun with the family. The owner Was so gracious and kind. It’s an absolute hidden gem right next to the golf course with Amazing views of lake. Great outdoor kitchen spacious open floor plan. We will definitely be going back."
