"Beautiful view and nice area but highly outdated hotel. The rooms are extremely outdated with front doors that has space under and on top for insects to fly through and the bathroom was not clean with dead insects on the floor etc. However, the staff is really nice and the pool is very nice. The restaurant is extremely expensive - almost Swiss prices! We paid 170USD for a lunch and a dinner of simple dishes and one drink each for 2 people. "

The drive from Liberia airport was a long one, but totally worth it to drive into the little village of Montezuma and into the jungle paradise of Ylang Ylang. Our room was right on the ocean. "Very nice place. Best value for money of the seven hotels we have stayed at so far touring CR. Only window towards inner courtyard with pool but we have also seen that at other places here in CR. The hotel is a little enclave of modernity in a slightly run-down town. Actually lille the town also. Clearly a town for living and not for tourists. Fishing harbour great for watching pelicans. "
