"AC was not working and all the staff said it was there was no one from maintenance at night so we’ll have to wait until 9:00 am, I traveled with my kids and they recommended my kids to leave the door open since the AC was not working. The pictures on the hotel description do not match the actual conditions. Worst hotel ever not worth it.also the shower is not private it has a glass door and is directly in the bedroom , you can see someone shower from the bed. Old moldy furniture and rusted stair...

"Overall great place, room was small but for the price still a good deal. Location is great too, they gave me a free bottle of good wine upon check in. Breakfast is free but busy, there was only one Waitress and since its not a buffet you have to wait a bit...but the food is great."

"I chose the hotel based on a YouTuber, and it was ok/nice, but using hotels way more than 150 nights per year, you start valuing differently. How cozy is a room, how fast is the internet, how great is the temp and water pressure in your shower, and how is breakfast? Puerto Vallarta is a tourist trap, and the competition sets the standard - too expensive for too little, and well, breakfast - I don't know, I am maybe just longing too much for home right now :-) But not bad, for the record!"

"Exceptional Service and an Unforgettable Stay – Truly Among the Best We’ve Ever Experienced We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta – truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We travel extensively, typically 40–60 days a year, and have stayed at many high-end resorts around the world. Even with that in mind, this stay stood out as something truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Darinka Peña Joya, who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. From the moment we reached out before arrival, she handled every detail with care and professionalism — arranging our restaurant reservations, organizing a seamless early check-in, and upgrading us to a stunning two-bedroom beachfront suite. We were celebrating our two-year anniversary of living in Mexico, and thanks to Darinka and the team, it genuinely felt like a special occasion from start to finish. The resort itself is breathtaking, with incredible ocean views, outstanding food (Hiroshi and the Korean BBQ Fire Table were highlights!), and a perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. What truly sets Garza Blanca apart, however, is the level of service — thoughtful, personal, and consistently one step ahead.
