Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the appliances, dishes, and utensils we needed to cook breakfast and dinner each day. The couch and love seat provided a comfortable place to sit and relax while we weren’t outside. "

"Overall, the property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, with AC units and fans around. The ice machine outside was nice to keep fish cold. The kitchen had a coffee marker, with larger pots for cooking. The houseboat was stable and didn’t move much during storms, which was nice. Water pressure in the sinks were fine, but the shower had very little pressure. We washed using the sinks and then had someone bring water to the shower to pour over us to completely wash...

"Perfect spot to stay when visiting Venice. Communications with the owners were great and the property was clean. The back porch has plenty of room to grill, clean fish, and relax in a chair. Bring some marshmallows to feed the gators. "
