"The clerks I were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean but maybe a little outdated. Still I was pleased with the stay. "

"This property was perfect. Communication was great with the host prior to arriving. Due to a cancellation from another guest, the host upgraded my reservation to a bigger apartment. I loved the double security being a single female traveler. There was a locked door at the Street level as well as the keypad to get into my apartment. I will definitely choose this property in the future when I travel for work."

"Great place not too far from Sparta. Stayed for the AIM Grand and it was a great location. Easy drive to the range with several little towns between with great local eating establishments. Great kitchen and family room."

"My dad, son and myself stayed here to fish Lake Kinkaid. The location was close to lake, about 15 min drive. The house was perfect, clean and everything you need. Next time down we will definitely stay here again."

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"We rented this property for the 2024 Eclipse viewing. That in itself was amazing but the property was the highlight for our whole family. It’s a beautiful setting, the home was upscale and fabulous, and, the stocked pond did not disappoint. The amenities provided were the best with beautifully equipped kitchen, big screen TV’s in every room and beautiful deck overlooking the pond.
