"Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. My only complaint was the room was not super clean—specifically, there were lots of stains on the couch in the room. The sheet set for the fold-out bed had strains on them. I had them replaced, and the replacement set had stains as well. "

"Older motel that has a friendly staff a clean rooms. While there isn't any construction currently going on, its obvious that it's being well maintained and upgraded. I would definitely recommend Glass House Inn. "

"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "

"There were a few good things and a few bad things about our overnight stay at the Crestmont Inn. I booked a room on Expedia which stated we had the Signature Studio (The Blue Spruce) Suite with fridge. I thought that was pretty cool because the price was $129 which was cheaper then what I've seen on other sites. When we arrived the women took us to our room which was not the room I booked. "Location by the lake"

"Awesome location and an amazing view from the room. The indoor pool looks nothing like the pictures, at all - Very dissapointing. The outdoor pool was nice, though. The reason for my negative score on service is due to our treatment at dinner time in the restaurant at the hotel. "

"The room was a little small but it worked for the a weekend stay. Nice and close to the lake where my son went fishing (got 2 bass). Places to eat and drink with in walking distance."
