"VERY disappointing. I'd give it 2 out of 10 TV in room did not work (wanted to watch soccer world cup) .. was told by staff that someone would come up and check it. I waited nearly an hour...nobody came ... so I called again and was told "oh yeah that TV doesn't work" (Gee, thanks for telling me now). The "barn style" roller door in bathroom didn't close entirely, leaving about a 4 inch gap. So when sitting on the toilet anyone lying on the bed can see your reflection in mirror/ TV when doing...
