"An older property, has been tidied up here and there. Low end caliber on the Radisson scale, but more than adequate for a night or two. Quiet, safe, good bed and A/C. Large TV. Really all you need for a comfortable stay. "

"Customer service at this property is great, very friendly and accommodating. There was a maintenence problem with the suite that we booked and we were provided two rooms next to each other. Only issue we ran into - YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS TGE LOBBY FOR CHECK IN THROUGH THE ELEVATOR IN THE GARAGE. It was very busy when we arrived for check in, 1 of 2 side by side elevators were not working. We tried to access the lobby from stairwells, which we discovered the ONLY way to get to the lobby to check in...

"The stay was okay. The staff was friendly. The pool area looked nice but we didnt get to use it. The hotel is definitely older and needs some clean up. The elevator felt like it was going to fall apart. Our room had a dirty washcloth left in it. Over all it was okay for the price."

"The good - I disagree with many of the reviews I read. I thought the staff was amazing. We stayed 2 nights, saw many different workers, all were very friendly and helpful. Condition of some things aside, I believe our room and common areas were as clean as they could be. The bed was clean and comfy, our fridge etc worked. The staff seems to be doing the best they can with what they are dealt. I didn’t see any of what reviews are calling homeless people or anything unsafe. It’s not a secret that...

"It took a long time to check in because they were very busy. They were kind and comped some drinks and parking to accommodate us and I appreciated it. Great location."
