"This was the second time we stayed overnight and have been to property for dinner separately too. This small resort is just the most quaint little spot in the finger lakes. We are local and love coming here for a little weekend relaxation and to celebrate 50th bdays. We were able to check in a little early & greeted with champagne when we arrived. I spent a few incredibly peaceful days there and felt completely relaxed. "The hotel has a nice central location. Overall the hotel seems a bit run down. It is a bit messy with chairs in the halls. It says that breakfast is from 7-11, but when we arrived at the restaurant at 10:15 it was closed, and nobody was there. We asked for the beds to be made every day, but it did not happen unless we asked for it again at the reception. The outside lounge area was not very clean with cigarette buds everywhere. "I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards.
