"House was clean and cozy. Nice decor throughout house and the screened in patio was lovely place to play games and spend time together. Perfect spot for a friends weekend to connect and experience some small town charm. Would definitely book again. "

"Property was amazing. My oldest took advatage of having his own place with the separate house. Everything you needed was there, just bring your food. Kitchen had everything needed, the "smoke shack" was great, rather you were smoking or grilling food or cooking up breakfast on the blackstone! Two kayaks and one inflatable were awesome to have! Firepit (just bring somenwood) and grabpots provided were a plus. Decor of the home was great and very private area plus having your own little beach area...

"Great stay and fantastic views. Felt like we were isolated, yet only 10 minutes from Kilmarnock. Enjoyed the great blue heron, seagulls, nuthatches and humming bird that were around the property. Large rooms and plenty of space to spread out."

"Great place to see the ocean, feel the breeze and be away from the city. The house was super clean. My complaint would be that the water in the shower etc seems to be super hard water as it took forever to get the shampoo out my hair lol. But, don't let that take you away from the views of this place. Also, if you have kids you might be very observant of the roots in the water at the beach as there are many that are sticking up and if you are not careful you can step on these if you are...

"LOVE, LOVED the house and its amenities! The photos don't do it justice. Fresh, stylish, all new, clean--a wonderful stay! Great layout for families and pets. Plenty of get-together areas and individual private spaces. Victoria was wonderful and super communicative! We wanted to stay longer!"

"Even though we could only stay one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. So much detail to everything, games for kids, cleanliness, coffee for adults, its own little bird sanctuary out back with hummingbirds. The patriotic theme throughout was my favorite.
