"The property and location were amazing! We had the best time! The buffet was a bit chaotic and the pool staff were incredible but understaffed. The only down side was the house keeping rarely came. We have a baby and so having the room cleaned and garbage taken out would have been helpful. We loved the location and will be back again! "

"Fantastisk skønt hotel. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Lækkert poolområde. Gode indkøbsmuligheder i gå afstand - og ellers så vi der var en shuttlebus til indkøbscentrene. Dejlig badestrand med roligt vand, mulighed for at låne snorkleudstyr. Hotellets restaurant har gode tilbud hver dag, og maden er god. "

"Fløjen under ombygning. Store lugtgener pga maling. Kunne ikke få et andet rum af samme standart. Endte med at måtte sove med åben altandør ig døren lukket til baderum hvor lugten kom fra gennem udsugningen. Pool området stort og flot. Mulighed for at bade ved stranden var dejlig. Morgenbuffet'en var god."

"The ocean view property we booked was very spacious and comfortable for a party of 4. The view was amazing. It was definitely the highlight of the property. Waking up to the view and being able to just take it all in at anytime of the day was well worth having an ocean view. The pool was very comfortable. It wasn’t too cold or too warm, just perfect. "Room was ideal for my wife and three daughters, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. Staff members were friendly, courteous and very professional. The resort is maintained well, it is very close to popular beaches and the downtown area. The ocean is literally in the back yard, the pool and hot tub are very nice. Great stay, highly recommended."

"What a gem in Kona! My wife and I were evaluating our options between a large hotel or the Kona Tikki and we decided to stay at the Tikki. You get a great ocean front view that’s unbeatable and great value for money compared to larger hotels and what they charge for an “ocean view”. "Hotellet er beliggende tilbagetrukket fra trafikeret vej i rimelige rolige omgivelser. Man skal krydse vejen for at komme til havet. Umiddelbart overfor hotellet er der en lavastrand med fantastisk snorkel og surf muligheder. Man bliver budt velkommen af indehaveren, som er utrolig gæstfri og hjælpsom. Jeg havde Seaview værelset, som dog ikke havde så meget havudsigt, medmindre man stod op i den ene ende af terrassen. Værelset var lydt, så man kunne høre børn og voksne tale i værelset ved siden...
