"First off, checking was not bad besides having to wait over an hour for our room. Had to ask several times. But the made it right. The property was very nice. Room was amazing. Staff friendly. Wish the parking wasn’t so far. "

"Apartment had issues with ants.. when we arrived there were so many ants in the bathroom and kitchen.. Rooms were not clean - plates and pots were dirty and bed sheets had stains..
Rooms had very thin walls.. we could hear everything in the hallways and got woken up every morning by other guests closing their doors..
Moreover, when we booked our stay, it said that breakfast was available on site.. when we arrive, they tell us that their restaurant had closed…
Finally, there was a huge brush...

"I’m almost afraid to review this place because it was so nice and I don’t want others to know about it. The place was beautiful. The room was clean and well-equipped ed. They have self-serve laundry on site with four washing machines and dryers. The staff was wonderful. Only downside is all the food options close early (around 9) so be prepared for that. there is a grocery store down the street though so you can stock up there. The beach was nice. It was wonderful Would definitely stay again."

"This resort is amazing! Everything from my room to lobby, pool, and anything in between was immaculate. On property activities were endless. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what Hilton had to offer. There will definitly be a next time and I will stay much longer than this las visit."

Endte med at måtte sove med åben altandør ig døren lukket til baderum hvor lugten kom fra gennem udsugningen. Pool området stort og flot. Mulighed for at bade ved stranden var dejlig. "The property and location were amazing! We had the best time! The buffet was a bit chaotic and the pool staff were incredible but understaffed. The only down side was the house keeping rarely came. We have a baby and so having the room cleaned and garbage taken out would have been helpful. We loved the location and will be back again! "

"Room was ideal for my wife and three daughters, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. Staff members were friendly, courteous and very professional. The resort is maintained well, it is very close to popular beaches and the downtown area. The ocean is literally in the back yard, the pool and hot tub are very nice. Great stay, highly recommended."

"What a gem in Kona! My wife and I were evaluating our options between a large hotel or the Kona Tikki and we decided to stay at the Tikki. You get a great ocean front view that’s unbeatable and great value for money compared to larger hotels and what they charge for an “ocean view”.
There are no TV’s or Air Conditioning but it was just fine. There’s plenty of ocean breeze to keep you cool and the lack of tv is nice, it allows you to focus on the trip, your spouse/travel partner.
