"Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was helpful and allowed us to re-enter the room after we checked out because my mother left something in the room. Excellent stay. The only downside was the vending machine wasn't working, but the staff had put out a karraff with coffee as well as lemon/lime water. "

"Check-in/out was easy! The hotel is beautiful on the inside. Parking lot is located by the hotel. I paid while making the reservation, however I had to pay a $200 incidental fee when I arrived. While I know that hotels usually charge deposits and such, I didn’t see the incidental fee when making the booking so I assumed it was included in the total price. Luckily it’s returned when you check out, so I wasn’t upset. The parking is also $24 a night, which they take from the deposit. The room was...
