"I would not recommend this place for more than 1 night. Check in process was weird, they did not ask for my IF or card to put on file? There was only one older lady working the entire afternoon into the evening and only one lady the next day. We asked several times for towels and wash clothes to shower after the water park and never received any, we finally went back to the next and she found 2 towels in the back office- more like a large hand towel. We went back to the water park and took pool...

"The breakfast was disgusting the eggs were gritty and sausage was gross. My kids even said the muffins were disgusting. Eat the waffles you make yourself it's the only things decent to eat. The pool area was gross the floor is falling apart rust everywhere also so much chlorine all of our eyes were burning. The room was also not great. Went to slide the bathroom door and it came off its tracks we fixed it but come on. Also move the table to find a plug for my phone charger and man if your tables...

"Everything was so clean! The staff where great not hairs on the bedding. No dust and dirt in corners! This was a 10 out of 10 for me! Im very picky"

"We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel....

"Room was dirty. Hair all over in the shower. Stunk really bad. outside was a dump and no lightening at night. Not even the sign was lit up. Service was terrible guy could hardly talk he was so stoned. stayed one night and went somewhere else. But was still charged for 2 days. Was not going to try and reason with a manager that was incoherent. absolutely terrible!"

"It was very disappointing to find out the pool was not open & hadn't been for several months according to the front desk. I reserved the room solely for the pool for a birthday party & no where on the website was it mentioned the pool was closed. "

"A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee."

"Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. "

"This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B.
