"There is not a lot to do in this place when the Sun is not shining. But the mountain is great to see once the sky is clear "

"An amazing hotel indeed. The spa area is amazing and the massage chairs are great aswell. Really nice Big room. My shower didnt work so i could only do a full bath tub. Some of the staff was really nice - especially the cleaning Staff and the breakfast Staff. In the lobby it was very mixed. This one Young guy always looked like i was an idiot when i asked about directions or What to see in the area. Yeah that was Odd. The female Staff was very friendly though. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Vi kom med bus "

"We had a great stay! The rooms had a beautiful traditional Japanese vibe, and we got to see Mount Fuji so clearly. It was such a nice experience and made our trip even more special. Would definitely recommend!"

"Fint hotel. Vi havde kun en enkelt overnatning, og var så heldige at få et kig til Mt. Fuji imens vi spiste morgenmad"

"Food was good, room was nice and clean, the staff was amazing and extremly helpfull, up and beyond any expectations!"

"Alt var super fint ❤️"

"We had a fantastic stay in the Rinn room, the private onsen with the view of the lake was a real highlight, the traditional Kaiseki dinner was truly an experience."

"The room smelled really bad of cigarettes! The smell of cigarettes hung heavy in the air of the room throughout our two nights at the hotel though we opened the windows. The view to the mountain is okay if you get above 2nd floor - still with a view to electronical wires and a parking lot though! (..we had paid to get mountain view and got a room on the 2nd floor at first!) Parts of the staff were welcoming and nice, the majority were not. Note that the public bath doesn't have a view."

"We had two fantastic days at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, free access to the spa area (a shame that they do not have a uni-sex area), wonderful location with a stunning view to Mt.Fuji and not at least fantastic food - especially the "do-it-yourself-bbq-meat" at dinner was incredible!"
