I also did not realize from the photos that the living area and recreation area are separate rooms which was nice. The bathroom is in the rec room with a step up into it. "We actually stayed in a different vrbo by this owner because the original house need unforeseen repairs just weeks before our arrival. The owner was great to accommodate. The house we stayed at is old (typical in the area) but it was clean and didn't smell old at all. Typically in old houses it can be dusty and the linens have an odd smell but not this house. We could tell the owner took care of the place."
