"Easy check-in/check-out. Staff was friendly, though we did get some incorrect info about what restaurants were open. Room has a bit of a musty/old smell, but otherwise clean. The blankets are a bit thin (but there were extras available), and the towels a bit scratchy. Great location, and lovely view of sunset colors!"

"Our room was clean. Beds were big and comfortable, bathroom was also clean and spacious. Location is also great, close to restaurants and nice beaches. It was quiet at night so we got good sleep, easy and plenty os spots for parking. "

"This is a new place… in the property where Blackberry Inn was located. It is 2 minutes from town and this location can’t be beat. The grounds are great, and once this place is finished, I would say it would be the best place to stay. We are ‘old’ groupies from the heritage house days, but it has changed and not for the better. Mendo Bungalows will be the ‘ place to be’. "

"The Gualala Country in is a real gem. I am a 78 yr old woman traveling alone and felt extremely safe. Upon entering the room on arrival, I felt like I was a guest in a friend's home. "We spent two days in Lakeport, the hotel was fine, room clean and big and the surroundings great next to Clear Lake, we had found it on Hotels.com to a very attractive rate. Great area for biking and other outdoor activities. Only minus would be the very unfriendly reception we got from person at reception up on arrival, we arrived in the evening and felt we were disturbing her, she hardly spoke a word."

"Beautiful property walking distance to Mendocino town right on a cliff over the water. Breakfast is included and it is very very good. High-quality ingredients homemade dishes fresh and some made to order. Back up to Highway one so there’s a little bit of traffic noise. Otherwise it’s very very quiet. Room had everything we needed. Recommend drinking bottled water here. They have a water dispenser in the main house. Not all cottages view the ocean but the dining room does."

"I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!"
