"The hotel is good and service provided by hotrl staff members are good. However, due to the mistake of hotels.com the last name of the potential occupant was not provided by hotels.com to the hotel. That resulted in more than 2 hours delay when we tried to check in. What was even worse was that calls made to help centre had to deal with machine and not live staff members"

"There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....

"We had a great few days in Macau on Altira Hotel. It has a great view over the sea, and the 'mainland Macau', but is a quick taxi ride to all the big hotels on 'the strip'. Great restaurants, and nice and quiet. Only downside is limited outside space for relaxing in the sun. Would recommend staying here, as service is impeccable."

"The hotel is close to the ferry terminal (where you arrive Fromm HK) and a 25 min taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is in walking distance to the casino Grand Lisboa but situated far from the Venetian. The hotel is clean with great service and the gym and pool areas are lovely. "
