"This place was terrible. Paint peeling off the doors & walls, mold in bathroom, sink didn’t drain well. When my spouse took a shower, they couldn’t get the water to shut off, plus the tub wasn’t draining. Had to call someone because the water ran over the tub all into our room. They couldn’t get the water off & had to use a wrench. Used our ice bucket to dump water from tub into toilet, but the damage was done. We checked out right away. No apology was given either. STAY AWAY from this...

"Everything was as advertised. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a family event, so we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach access, but we did walk over to it one morning, and it's an easy 2-3 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!"

"You really can't beat the price, and it was in a quiet part of a quiet neighborhood. However, the home and some of the fixtures and things around the house seemed to be in need of some repairs. For our family we were able to make things work. We had two adults and five children (two were teenage) and we were able to more or less enjoy having a place to call home for the weekend."
