"There wasn't anything about this property that we did not like. Cindy, was very helpful when we called ahead and told her we were going to be late arriving. She made the check in process very easy and pleasant. The dining area was always kept clean and the food was hot, tasty, and available. The breakfast was always well stocked. I am a coffee drinker and there was always good hot coffee available! We will certainly stay here again."

"Samme receptionist var en evighed om at opdage at der var gæster, der skulle tjekke ind og ud. Ved udtjekning måtte en anden anden ansat gøre hende opmærksom på, at der var gæster i receptionen, der skulle betjenes. "What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me.
