"Hands down the best host we’ve ever had. Ty put in extra time and effort to make sure our stay was perfect and went so far as to set up the cottage for a special celebration. The took ownership of our stay and went out of his way to make sure our daughters first vacation was something truly special. "Very cute a reasonably size for one person and had everything I need"

"This place was a perfect place for us and our 4 young children, ages 12-4. They played soccer in the yard and watched the sheep while we were there, and it was close to Colorado Bend State Park. It was fun to go to the park during the day then come relax in the evening and watch/listen to the sheep, make some dinner, and watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. We all slept great, too, thanks to the solitude/darkness/silence of the area and the beds being comfy enough! The stars were amazing. "
