"Perfect spot for a brief getaway to Leadville. Located at the tip of downtown, it’s easy to sample Leadville life or to easily venture out to nearby towns and sights. The room itself was tidy and complete with many thoughtful touches. Definitely would stay again!"

"There was plenty of space for our pre-teen kids to run around and play. The stairs are pretty steep so I would be cautious using them, I also wouldn’t wear socks going down them. The house was very accommodating for our family. "

"This was a good location with mostly what we needed for our stay. The location allowed us to walk for meals and the train. We enjoyed the Irish history in the home. We were curious about the ghost reference mentioned in the guest book, but knew nothing about it otherwise. We didn’t find any paperwork letting us know how to use the tv, heaters, etc. There were no tissues, which would have been helpful and the bathroom door was difficult to close."

"Easy check-in, great room for two people and everything you need, with parking right by your door. Room has a lovely cozy vibe. Host gave us a cute sample bag of toiletries as well as various coffees, teas, and drinks, which was really nice."
