"My wife and I originally booked the hotel for 2 nights but had to extend for another 2 nights due to our cruise departure being delayed by a typhoon. The hotel was able to accommodate us and we stayed in the same room as booked. The room was clean, spacious and overlooked the bay woth a gorgeous view. The room came with slippers, Pajamas, ropes and plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tooth brush and paste, etc.). "Excellent service, quick check in. Let us leave our bags when we arrived in the morning so we could shop. View of harbour is beautiful. Close to Cosmo World, train station, World Porters, Cup Noodle Museum. The room I had was dated and smelled like smoke, but very clean."

"This is my second time staying at The Yokohama Washington Hotel. My family and I love staying here for the convenience to shopping snd transportation. The hotel also has an excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Will definitely be back."

"Wonderful hotel in the middel of a big shopping/entertainment area. Good place for couples and children. The hotel has pool, jacuzzi and a balcony you freely can relax at on the 20th floor. "
