"We had a fabulous trip to Knoxville TN. First my best friend and myself got there really early. My best friend was so car sick and really needed to lay down. So I asked 1 if we could check in early and 2nd if we could get 2 queens instead of a king. The lady (I can't remember her name but it starts with a C and she is the lead trainer) she was super amazing!! She got us a room with 2 queen beds and we got to check in like 1030am. She explained everything to me and I just can not say enough about...

"Everyone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didn’t work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. I’d stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. "
