"This hotel is just that, a hotel. Our room felt dirty, especially the floor. We had the do not disturb sign up & staff still knocked, twice, to change towels. The staff also entered our room with the sign up & when we weren't there. That is horrible customer service. The beds are fine but the pillows are awful. A couple didn't have covers or they had covered ones but with the small couch pillows. The shower drain was very slow. The breakfast was laid out with options. We would not return to this...

"We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash.
