Their understanding and excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I appreciate...

"God service, dejligt værelse."

"Bathroom was cramped. Air conditioner kept adjusting to a higher temperature automatically in the middle of the night, making it too warm. There were ants in the bathroom, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom."

"The staff is always friendly. The reception and breakfast was great."

"Booked two rooms together and ended up at opposite ends of the hotel. Had to pay for parking and breakfast was for a charge. Found it very inconvenient that you could not access rooms at both ends of the third floor by using the same elevator. Front desk clerk was not extremely friendly. The rooms were nice and they were clean so there was no issue there."

"Good"

"My Expedia reservation was NOT honored. I had no place to stay on a weekend that was sold out. I’ll never use Expedia again"
