The staff member did not like that we got the room so cheap, the room was not ready we got there.after 5. Overall she was not the best customer service person. The room we received was on the second floor way down the hallway. It had a smell to it. We asked when booked for a disabled room, because we both have mobility issues. The walk in shower, that was good.Breakfast, they had a pitcher of milk for the cereal, but it was sitting on the counter with no refrigeration. It would make more sense to put the toaster and bread where the fridge is and put the fridge by the cereal. At the very least put the milk in a container of ice. Less chance of somebody getting sick. We love La Quinta, this one failed.
