"A great place to stay with a nice river view. However, Expedia said that the check-in time was 10:30 AM and when I arrived at 11 the room wasn’t ready. They indicated check-in time was noon. "We booked two rooms. We had a total of five people. Each room indicates that it sleeps four people—ample space. I talked with the manager since the system wasn’t allowing me to specify the number of people. I asked if it would be a problem that we had five people. He said no. "Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms. This was a disaster. I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel. It is not serious and not good for Expedia."

"Not being trustworthy if a person books please keep your promises ."

"I recently booked for a night at Fancy Resort Beach Hotel jinja. I drove to the hotel and I was told that the hotel was closed due to renovations and management change. I was not refunded. I drove away to look for another place to stay. They took my money and no services. Why are they still advertising on Expedia.com with a closed hotel and still taking people's money.
