"A great place to stay with a nice river view. However, Expedia said that the check-in time was 10:30 AM and when I arrived at 11 the room wasn’t ready. They indicated check-in time was noon. Also, I had asked to have the room set up for a romantic weekend, which was not set up to specification. But other than these few hiccups, it was an enjoyable weekend."

"Amazing place and location. "

"We booked two rooms. We had a total of five people. Each room indicates that it sleeps four people—ample space. I talked with the manager since the system wasn’t allowing me to specify the number of people. I asked if it would be a problem that we had five people. He said no. When we arrived, he indicated that we needed to pay an extra $"

"This hotel has potential and very beautiful environment. The staff need training in customer service and hotel management. We had booked and paid for a superior room but when we arrived they told us that there was no warm water in the room and the other room the aircondition was not working. We were told that our room was upgraded but when we checked out the room was a standard room. A lot happened during our check in so we ended up having cold showers for two days. Breakfast was boring. "Welcoming and quick check in and guidance to our room. Very clean as we entered the room. The staff was friendly and even the manager came out while we were sitting in the restaurant to hear how we were doing. Very great experience. "

"Pæne værelser med fine badeværelser. Pool området med bl.a. børnepool var fint. Dejligt ophold med fin service."

"Very nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating."

"No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment."

"No"

"The hotel was good for the price. The only real issue was the number of menu items not available, which as I am a vegetarian means that you were left with one or possibly two or three if you hacked the menu. That said, the staff were all extremely nice and did their best to help."

"God lokation, fin pool og hyggelig bar/restaurant ved siden af hotellet. "

"They couldn't find our prepaid Expedia reservation. Clean room, friendly staff. No safe or minifrig. Wifi nonexistant to terrible. "
