"Breakfast not stalked; elevators didn’t work or were SLOW"

"Overall my stay and the staff was friendly. The hotel didn’t seem dirty or anything but there was a good amount of flies in the lobby and a couple buzzing in my room that I spent quite a bit of time trying to address so I could get some rest."

"We booked the hotel for convenience for a family wedding. Good location and plenty of rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general is ok, but is in serious need of refurbishment and upgrades, especially for the rates they charge. Our bathtub had been reglazed, but the finish had a big hole in it. "Always enjoy staying here. The rooms are great for our little family. Enough space so we are not feeling crowded. Happy hour and breakfast are always fresh and there is something for all of us! This is the only place we stay when we travel to Lubbock."

"Everything was absolutely disgusting there. The locks on the windows were broken and there were no screens on the windows and we were on the first floor. The pool was dirty. There were cigarette butts on the window sill. We left right after we checked in and requested our money back! But low and behold "management couldn't be contacted" to approve the refund. They waited until the last day so they could say we used our reservation!! Scammy, terrible place! Stay away!!"

"The hotel is like brand new and very classy. Great staff, beautiful and clean rooms. Pool area super cool with towels. They treated me very well on my birthday. This is a trendy top hotel and can’t wait to get back. "

"Bed was very comfortable. Room had blackout curtains. Thing I appreciated the most was that the AC was quiet and wasn’t blasting air. It cooled very well and was quiet."

"This place once shined a long time ago, you can tell. It’s pretty run down, it’s not fancy so don’t expect it to be. The beds are rough, everything just looks rough. However, I was looking for something wallet friendly. I wasn’t going to be in the room very long, just needed a place to sleep. I stayed here two nights. Beds are rough, pillows are thin, sofa bed was run down. Kitchen had nothing, not even soap so don’t expect it. Sheets were clean, bed was made when I came back, AC worked....

"We had a problem with another hotel not having working air conditioning, so we desperately searched for another room at 1 a.m. We didn't have high expectations to begin with, but this hotel was more than we could ask for. Clean, quick, easy check in, roomy, and my stepson said "best waffles ever.""
