"Everything very good "

"The room smelled smoky. The noise was too much at night. Could hear everything, people just walking and speaking normally - not even loudly. The AC was very loud too as it turned off and on. Breakfast was horrible. Hash browns were really underheated. Cold to the touch. Coffee seemed old it had bad taste. The biscuits were tough. Eggs were tasteless. They could have used a little salt or pepper."

"Staff didn’t help with a cancellation, room stank, expensive and not worth it elevators were not working and the whole place smells like humidity, room not updated."

"Needs major updates / maintenance in rooms. Rusted tub, shower head completely loose from wall, dirty smell in room, a/c not cooling enough, some of the pillows were missing filling and smelled. Bar and restaurant have a nice setting and staff was nice."

"The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock."

"Excelente el hotel, su personal muy amable , mi habitación muy limpia , solo un detalle que no me gustó mucho es que el estacionamiento no estaba seguro ya que ahí andaba una persona tipo delincuente caminando adentro de la propiedad y salió de ahí calando hacia la avenida Q , tal vez no vio nada que pudiera robar . Excelente hotel"

"My significant other was bitten by bed bugs, the cleanliness of the room was poor, still dog hair on small couch the floors did not look clean and the smell in the room was horrible "

"The hotel is like brand new and very classy. Great staff, beautiful and clean rooms. Pool area super cool with towels. They treated me very well on my birthday. This is a trendy top hotel and can’t wait to get back. "

"Staff was difficult time find at the front desk when checking in. Waited for 15 minutes with two other groups. I had to search and knock on doors and finally found someone in the laundry room. Similarly hard to find front desk one evening while three groups waited. Pool was filthy, bird poop all over the patio, and near windows. Food spills, unkept areas with spill stains that needed to be mopped where small attention to details would change it. Elevator floor was stained with spills bottoms...

"Nice hotel but needs some maintenance. Lift not working from 1st floor . Washing machine broken, no soap or dryers in public toilets. Staff were nice and room was clean "
