"This is my go-to spot when traveling thru Indy. I've stayed here multiple times. They dont charge the stupid "incidental fee". Staff is always available at the front desk. Every trip I arrive around 11 pm and I'm greeted as if its 4 pm in the afternoon."

"Enjoy the stay for the price. Beds were comfy and clean newer place. "

"Basic but very clean and a good value. Request an upper floor if you like to open your curtains since first floor windows open directly to parking lot and there are no sheers behind the blackout drapes."

"Five buddies got together for the weekend to go to the Indy 500. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. A little pricey, but that’s what we expected for the Indy 500 weekend."

"Check-in was easy, especially because Nicholas, the property owner was at the property. Kitchen area was spacious and clean. This was advertised as a “bedroom suite in a shared house”, which was entirely accurate. The bedroom suite included a nice bedroom with queen bed, a small anteroom, a large bathroom with two sinks , a big shower, and two very large walk-in closets. The suite had a key lock plus deadbolt. "Online listing was accurate, the Host were very prompt in giving us the information we needed for the property. The neighborhood is quiet, everything was set up inside. Zach the host is very nice when communicating with him answers any questions in a timely manner. Thanks for allowing us to be your guests."
