There were stains on the sheets, rips and tears in the couch, and the overall cleanliness was terrible. The hotel claims to be non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes and weed was everywhere—from the hallways to the rooms. "The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. "The property and staff were great. My only issue had to do with breakfast. It wasn’t very good or appealing. I get managing costs but that breakfast should not be advertised as an amenity. The selection was poor and not very appealing. I skipped breakfast on my 2nd day. Other than the food is was a great stay."
