"We had the most incredible visit. The view from our private balcony overlooked some of the resort and the entire bay. "The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and so helpful. They are friendly and immediately respond. Rooms are clean. The beach is clean and they have a turtle preservation program. "Enjoyed our stay, great central location overlooking the water. Rooms are nice, pool was clean. It was slow season so we had hotel to our selves. Short walk to everything in town. Has nice beach access directly in front of hotel. Friendly staff. Laundromat a block away did a weeks worth of clothes for two people, same day for around $7. Great breakfast spot Bartolos in front of hotel. Would recommend for sure. "

"It’s clear the hotel is still under renovation, that’s understandable. The staff were always very nice and helpful but it was almost impossible to sleep due to street noise. It feels like you are on the street and an extremely busy one, also at night, I know there’s nothing the hotel can do about the street, but better glass on the huge balcony would make a difference, or maybe complimentary ear plugs. "
