"The picture in rhe room had "something" on it, and the cleaning person did not replace my towels. She moved my washcloth in the shower, which made me then not use that one. Thankfully I travel with them. And while she did change my garbage, she left the full bag on the table. Also, didn't remake the bed. Last week's stay was much better. The woman who served breakfast was FABULOUS!!!! Super personable, attentive to each guest. Food was very good. Seceral options were offered. She made the stay...

The only issue was that the tub in the room with the two double beds had to have something put to jam the stopper from falling in, to prevent the tub from flooding with bathwater as you shower. Also, the property said 100% smoke free zone, as soon as you go through the doors, the smoke scent hits you in the face from patrons smoking at the front of the building. "Yes the property did allow service dog and the room temp was the good thing about the place. Obtaining room cleaning was impossible. Towels/washcloth was not obtainable daily and took two days to get 1set of towels when checked in. The room was dirty - I had to clean shower ,yself. LEFT A DAY EARLY AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND."

"Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work."

"It was a cozy space. Sadly, the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and outdoor area. The beach was 3 miles away, a bit further than I thought since a golf cart was offered in the description. The shower was like a space capsule, strangest shower I have ever taken! There was a kitchen area with small appliances available for use. Host met us at check-in and was friendly. "
