"Beautiful hotel well located for hikes in the area. We stayed in the large cottage which is a very nice spacious option for families. Staff was very kind and accommodating (always went the extra mile) and as others have noted the food was really excellent. Light and healthy and tasted very fresh—the best food we had in Rwanda. "

"This hotel is absolutely horrible! It is incredibly overpriced, at the same rate as a Luxury Hotel, but they have service comparable to a Motel in Rural Alabama. They don't have a restaurant, they have a cafeteria with a fixed menu. The portions are tiny (cheap) and I left each meal still feeling hungry. They do not have internet in the Rooms. They do not stock their minibar. Half of the electrical outlets in each room do not work. The entrance of each room is accessed through a back alley...

"Lovely and large room with king bed and a fire place. Ensuite was also large. They also put hot water bottles in our bed at turn down - such a lovely gesture. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Food good and fresh too. We also saw a Golden Monkey there too. Nb. Worth noting that the laundry service doesn’t include ironing/pressing."

"Our time at My Hill Eco Lodge was deeply relaxing and truly memorable. The location is absolutely perfect — set on a hillside with what I believe are the best views of the Twin Lakes. From our room and balcony, it felt like we were perched above the lakes, giving us a sweeping, panoramic view that was simply stunning. "Very beautiful property. The staff were lovely very happy to help. Nice rooms everything was great. I was able to get a gorilla trek at the last minute which was fantastic due to the last minute calls arrangement by the supervisor ladies at the desk. Well furnished and updated colonial house.."

"Het hotel is ruim opgezet, het personeel vriendelijk. Ontvangst met gemberthee. Het hotel was schoon, de kamers ruim. sAvonds werd de haard in onze kamer aangestoken. Voor onze safari naar de Golden Monkeys was het een heel goede locatie, ook voor de Gorilla safari in Rwanda is het een goede plek. Het eten was uitgebreid , maar de kwaliteit viel een beetje tegen. "

"The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room."
