There was noticeable dust and wrappers under the front of the bed, along with pink mold on the shower walls. It was also not clearly stated anywhere that housekeeping was only provided upon special request. Because of that, I had to repeatedly go to the front desk to get fresh towels, coffee supplies, and have the trash emptied"

"Hotels.com sold a room in a hotel room in a hotel that was closed. Drove 2 hours to get there to find this out. Then drove another 2 hours to another hotel. Incredibly frustrating that the hotel owners and management do not notify hotels .com of these closures. 0/10 stars for Motel 6 or Super 8 in Albert Lea (the current is motel 6 which is closed for construction. However maps show that location as a super 8.) it was a terrible experience at 9:30pm that has scared me away from hotels.com all...

"The host was welcoming and helpful. The mobility ramp to the front door was a bonus as was the garage to park the car out of the snow. The heating worked well. Unfortunately the house was not very clean (very dusty). The hand rail on the stairs to the basement was falling off the wall. With a deep clean and some maintenance this property would be top notch."

"This was my first experience with VRBO and am very disappointed with my stay. Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. Speaking of the next room, the spare (the room w/two beds) smelled like an ashtray. The host has five air fresheners in the home, which tells...

"We had a wonderful stay at this log cabin! The hosts have outfitted it with everything you need for a great time away! The beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, the hot tub outside was a hit, and the cabin was clean and well-kept. Would highly recommend! "

"Very nice inside and great location.Very cozy, definitely a place for short or long stay.The host was very helpful and patient with us.Single bed was very cozy, bunk bed definitely not for adults though I would recommend this place to everyone.We only had one issue, the night before we left, the people who came to be upstairs, were very loud. But did not ruin our stay by any means."
