"Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!"

"This Hotel is horrible! It looks as if it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, after all she doesn’t own the place she just works there. They charged me $50 to cancel my stay. This place needs torn down so a decent...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! The loft apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The apartment was more spacious than I expected. Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. Kristine and Scott were very friendly, helpful and great to get to know a little. We will definitely be looking to visit and stay there again "

"This property is welcoming, updated, very clean and very comfortable. Although we were there on a rainy weekend, the front porch swing was a favorite spot for relaxation. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes, spices, coffee and snacks. There are board games, movies as well as a cute toddler table and toys. There is a generous private parking area. The beds and linens are comfortable. Overall an excellent value!"

"Home was absolutely beautiful and perfect location. Everything we needed for a weekend away was provided, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. The large basement was perfect to hang out in and our kids absolutely loved the pool table. "Wonderfully clean, new renovation and ample space (3 baths!) made this an excellent place to call home for a few days. Beautiful beach on the Rappahannock just down the road (walking or golf cart distance). "

Overall, it was a convenient location for our trip to visit family and was affordable. Not great but not awful."
