"The best thing about this "resort" is the bar staff. They were great and made food that was good. The room was comparable to a Motel 6. There was one restaurant and it was mediocre at best. A couple of nights, the food was edible while the remaining evenings, we just ate salads. The same restaurant does breakfast too and it was OK for breakfast. The girl at the front desk was rude and 2 members of our party of 10 were on the other end of the property. Apparently there was a room to move us...

"Fantastic hotel. We returned after 20 years (now with kids of 9 and 13) and had again a fantastic vacation at The Buccaneer. The beaches, pool and tennis courts are very nice and a very serviceminded staff made our stay unforgettable. Love the place and will be returning."

"Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed as I learned that this is the season for it on the East Side of the island. The food was average. Coffee was pretty much unavailable after café closes at noon."

"Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. "

"We cannot say enough great things about our exceptional one week stay at Jin and Sung Lee’s. They were incredibly welcoming hosts!Their place is spacious, clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular!They made sure we knew our way around since GPS doesn’t always work right near the house. To cap it off we enjoyed homemade Jin Choi sushi and delicious lemon cake! We hope to visit again in the future!"

"The unit was clean and ready to go, once we found it. We arrived after dark and could not find it but Silver, the host, met us at the entry of this gated community and escorted us up. We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive. "This condo is just as it is shown. The view is just spectacular. In the master bedroom the waves will put you to sleep at night. When reaching out to Jay at any time the responsiveness is immediate. Also, overlooking the pool area is a fantastic restaurant called goat soup and whiskey that is open for dinner only. "
