"The stay started with neighbour room fighting each other. We called reception to have them send someone to stop the fightning and noise. Later we went to bed without the figtning stopped, we had to sleep with the TV on. At 22:45 the fire alarm went off. We got up and walked outside and waited 30 minutes. It was a false alarm and we went back to bed. 01:30 the fire alarm went off again. Another false alarm. Our night and sleep was ruined. "

"I have stayed here the last few times I have come to Jax. It has been a pleasure to stay I have family and friends I can stay with but it is relaxing the rooms have been clean and comfortable; staff very nice. I even added a night. Has night security which is nice because I come in usually anywhere between two and four in the morning usually pretty quiet cause I sleep during the day and I love the location, no matter where I’ve had to go. "Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. "Immunal at the front desk on Friday morning and as wonderful. The guy serving us in the restaurant definitely acted like he was doing someone else’s job and wasn’t happy about it. "I want to say a big thank you to Noelle and Kristen front desk manager they are both amazing….. So I had an issue and had to do a late check in ( 5:00 am) they saved my room and didn’t cancelled and I think I bothered them so much that he would have killed me but with great attitude and excellent service I had no issue thank you both for an amazing stay especially with a 1 year old baby….. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND REMEMBER TO ASK FOR NOELLE AND KRISTEN (front desk manager)"
