"The stay started with neighbour room fighting each other. We called reception to have them send someone to stop the fightning and noise. Later we went to bed without the figtning stopped, we had to sleep with the TV on. At 22:45 the fire alarm went off. We got up and walked outside and waited 30 minutes. It was a false alarm and we went back to bed. 01:30 the fire alarm went off again. Another false alarm. Our night and sleep was ruined. "

"our room was on the 4th floor next to the elevator. All night long we had to listen to the noisy elevator motor go up and down. the ice machine was right next to our room and the motor from it was just as loud as the elevator. never except a room right by the elevator its terrible."

"The location was ideal, right on the ocean and walkable to many bars and restaurants and Walgreens. The breakfast was great and lasted until 10 am. Parking was essy, which is huge at the beach. Beds were comfortable, tv was large and balcony was awesome overlooking the beach."

"About a mile walk from the main part of town, but we thought that was a plus. Beach was beautiful, with reasonably priced chairs and umbrella rentals available. The room was recently updated and clean. I wish the pool was farther away from the building so it would receive more sun during the ladder part of the day. Jax Beach is a cool little beach town. Pleasantly surprised. "

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the...

"I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!"
