"My Daughter came from Ontario with her boyfriend. They stayed in one of the suites that felt like you were in an apartment. Bedroom was a separate room with a TV. Two doors led to the bathroom. The living area was a separate room s well and had plenty of space. There were a table, chairs, couch, coffee table, two rocking chairs, kitchenette and all of the amenities as if your in your own home! What a delight! "This was unexpectedly a great place to spend a few days. We booked at the very last minute as a previous host was a scammer and stood us up the night before we were due. It's on a very quiet lake and the description is entirely accurate. Peaceful and not too far away from grocery stores, liquor store and Digby - which has lots of amenities. We were surprised it was available the day before we showed up. It shouldn;t have been! It's a great place to spend a few days ....."

Judie gave us some tips for places to see and eat. There were six of us and we genuinely loved it there, we have affectionally dubbed it Grammies place. Nick the cat was friendly addition to the stay. Beautiful home away from home. It was close enough to digby and highway is well lit making the night ride on motorcycles an easy ride....

"We were two families with children and dogs and this was a perfect spot to stay for two nights. It had a beautiful view of the basin and two minutes from the ferry terminal. The owner was very welcoming and available 24/7. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The backyard was fenced so we could let the dogs out without worrying."
