"Havde boet på hotellet for 8 år siden, hvor det var super. men siden ser det ud som det er gået ned ad bakke. der var manglende rengøring selvom der var daglig rengøring med i prisen. varme apparat var utæt, så lidt vand på gulvtæppet. det kunne tage op til 5 min før der var varmt vand. generelt ikke meget service . ikke et sted jeg vil komme igen"

"The moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed with the outstanding beauty of the countryside and with the quality of the hotel which was also very spacious. We felt very pampered by the facilities provided. Maria in charge of the breakfast showed unprecedented professionalism and was very welcoming. "Visited for a short holiday and to visit family. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was fine. We usually stayed in premier inn at Exmouth and tried this hotel for a change. Not much difference except we had a balcony, staff were nicer and more helpful and was cheaper to stay and park. Would definitely stay again. The hotel is pet friendly so there were some people staying with their dogs. We didn’t mind."

"This is our third stay at the Imperial and it won't be our last! Very homely, friendly - nothing too much trouble. We always have a superior double with sea view - the views are fantastic. Situated on the esplanade opposite the sea, behind hotel is the park and access to the town or take a leisurely stroll along the esplanade towards the point! Lovely! The food is good here. Buffet breakfast - everything you could wish for. Evening meal is choice of 3 or 4 starters, mains and choice of three...
