"Kids friendly, food was great, excellent staff"

"The experience was half good half bad. First night woke up with blood on one of the pillows flipped over so noticed following day. A bed bug was also seen on the same bed. Got moved to a new room still not happy. Overall, the cleanliness is not good. That following night a kid threw up in the pool and everyone was out about 30mins which I thought was disgusting and allowed back in. My kids didn't get to swim cause I wasn't going to risk the kids get a virus. Need more pools. Sucks cause it was...

"Overall a decent property definitely not a 4 star property. Walls and doors had stains and the room had a musty smell to it. Service wasn’t overly friendly and waited about 30 mins for an employee to check me in."

"Everything was good overall, the only thing was the front desk people, they were really slow at their job. I understand that the hotel was at full capacity, but it happens to me that my key stopped working… at the moment I thought ‘it’s okay, let me raise a report’ I went to the front desk and they made me wait for about 25 minutes!! Just to fix it in a second, that wasn’t good. Poor organization and that impacts in the customer experience."
