"Room was comfortable but a few minor issues that stopped it from being excellent. The curtains are not blackout curtains and don’t hang close to the wall so a lot of light comes into the room. The shower tub leaked so every shower resulted in large puddles on the floor the spread to carpet in main room. Heating was noisy like a pair of shoes in a dryer Plumbing was noisy, every time someone flushed the toilet in the room above me it sounded like the water was inches away I’ve stayed here...

"I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW North with my family and checked in on March 14, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. First, the staff at the front desk did not seem very friendly or welcoming. The overall service felt cold and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. One of our biggest frustrations was that our third room was still not ready even an hour after the official check-in time, which caused unnecessary delays for our family. "Staff was really cool and chill, very friendly. Thought my fridge wasn’t working, called downstairs and the gentleman at the front desk came right up to check it. It was a silent fridge 😂😂. I originally booked a king bed and got a room with two queen beds because they’re undergoing construction. It worked out even better for me cuz I had extra pillows and blanket!!! room was clean, WiFi was moving like rent was due. 10/10 will go back and I recommend "

"Great location great staff a lot of amenities. The only issue with my stay is I had a room that was next to a suite filled with a group of teens or 20 yr olds and they were very loud. Loud music I could hear their conversations through the wall. "
