"Entire facility needs updates. Hot tub was on but no bubbles, disgusting. Plugs don't work. Bathroom plug had a broken end of a plug hanging out of it. Ironic that the plants in pool area were dead from dryness? Pool area was cold. Breakfast was sad. Staff was friendly. But one person cannot run it all as we learned when our key would not work after a visit to the pool and we waited alone at the front desk for 15 minutes. Not recommended. "

"The staff was so friendly! We had a problem figuring out the TV and they came right up to our room and worked on it until they got the channels to come in. The room was very large and included a kitchenette which came with dishes and utensils. The beds were firm, but not rock hard, or worn. We have an 85 lb dog and he was welcomed! Plenty of walking in the area too."

"The water temps were backwards & there were hairs all over in the bathtub. there was urine on the bathroom walls around the toilet. There bathroom was overall very poor condition in cleanliness. "
