"This was our first time visiting Winston-Salem and North Carolina in general, and we had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though we checked in at 3 AM. You wouldn’t have even guessed we were arriving so late with how pleasant and accommodating they were! The first thing you notice when walking into the lobby is how nice and fresh it smells. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was nice and cozy, and both the rooms and hallways...

"Hotellet var i dårlig stand, beskidt, gammelt. Morgenmad var næsten uspiselig og serveret i et mørkt og koldt rum. "

"Good value for the price."

"The room was clean. I will return again."

"Had to wait one hour before the room was ready, also didn't get the room I booked. The TV was not accomodating...it would turn off and on by itself dnd the volume would not adjust. The toilet had a black ring in the bowl, the tub was dingy, bed covers worn and tattered. I always travel with bleach cleaning spray and lysol and I'm glad I did. Just not a fancy place, just average. I guess you got rhat you pay for."

"Fold out bed was better thann spring loaded mattress but cover material was stiff plastic and super firm. So fold out was unusually uncomfortable. Bed sagged in the middle. If those items would have been more comfortable, nigjts would have been better. There were teo elevators, one was broken the entire 8 days of our stay. So we took stairs to/from 4th floor at least once daily. Front desk help was nice. Room cleaned daily."

"The staff we’re extremely welcoming."

"Alletiders seng og tæt på fortæring"

"The front desk and cleaning staff were great. More attention needs to be made to hallways - older carpet, trash outside of rooms, outdated key entry, tv channels not include espn, no welcome folder with nearby restaurants, etc."

"Very Clean and Nice Room! Breakfast was Good!"

"Great stay, clean room and friendly staff!"

"Clean lobby and room and check in desk attendant allowed us to check in early which was great. However, outside galleries, stairs etc. are in horrible shape. Only remnants of safety strips on stairs remain and it was a “Where’s Waldo” event to find an ice maker. Pungent weed odor at stairwells so you could not avoid it. Busy weekend in Winston Salem so we were pleased to find a clean room but never again."

"Staff was very pleasant to work with and helpful."
