"Overall the layout of the house is nice. But when you first walk in, you have to be careful because you can trip on the raised area of the floor. The hall bathroom door sticks. I replaced the shower linen in the primary bath because it was so gross and dirty. There was a musty smell. The Wifi inform in the email wasn't correct. This all is moot, since the house is for sale."

Would suggest some attention to outdoor landscape and cleanliness of house and dock. The lift was unable to accommodate our boat. The hull pads need adjustment. Thank you"

The ladies at reception would talk (quite loudly) and their voices would bounce and echo terribly off all the walls and floors; it was excrutiating, especially first thing in the morning. The whole first floor felt somewhat like a warehouse, like they were in the middle of just setting the place up or remodelling. Unfortunately, the reception desk experience is the first impression...
