"The pictures that are posted online are very old. The property is in need of repairs. The receptionist was rude. My room was entered while I was away at work. The drive way and parking lot had potholes. There were construction cones covering the holes. Smell of Marijuana smoke was strong. They would deliver a microwave, fridge and TV remote after you get into the room."

"Don't waste your money. The main dock is closed and it’s in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t find the game room that was advertised and it was overpriced for what it was. Our appliances did not work due to the only outlet near being dead. The fridge was also leaking. Bathrooms need cleaning as well. We found mold in the AC and the door deadbolt didn’t work. If everything was working and it was clean, it might be worth closer to what it was priced. Also, service feeds add like 40 to the original...

"From the time we got there until We left my husband and I felt as if we had entered a piece of paradise. The room, staff, and place was beautiful, friendly, and helpful. We went fishing renting a boat. Felt like a honeymoon. Will be back soon, loved it"

"BEAUTIFUL place to stay. Great stay with kids and a dock for them to fish off. Perfect for our kayak fishing family. Optimal to be able to have home cooked meals rather than eating out every night. Top notch internet so I was able to do some work while visiting. Close to the state park & wild life refuge. Not a bad drive to folly beach or Myrtle either. Simple check in and over all just a wonderful stay. We look forward to coming back next year for another BassMaster tournament!"
