"10/10 My son and I were in the area for a baseball tournament at LakePoint Sports. I highly recommend that anyone looking to save a little money while experiencing a quality stay consider this hotel. First, the staff was amazing. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. "Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road."

"The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are WONDERFUL. Personable yet professional. The property & the rooms could use a bit of an update & there’s a few minor repairs needed but overall it’s clean & comfortable."

"The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners. "

I was told there would be a fee if Indidbt wait until 3pm. It would be nice to have that notice posted somewhere in the hotel or get a message upon booking that this is a rule. "The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and affordable. The pool is small and the breakfast is ok, mostly packaged items, waffles, eggs, and meat (if you are selecting for those reasons). Rooms could use some updates- lots of rust in bathroom, cover coming off AC, plugs dont work well. Overall good experience though."

"Fantastic stay! Very clean room and common areas, a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. I really appreciate the firm and soft pillows! A decent breakfast, although I shouldn’t comment on that because I travel almost weekly and can’t taste any of the breakfast items anymore. Great visit and highly recommend this property. Carey was also very friendly and very professional! Thanks!"

"Great value if you only want the basics. No coffee maker in the room, shampoo and soap barely came out of dispenser and continental breakfast was pitiful. A big drawback is there is no place to plug in a phone chargerb. But, clean place and great value for the money"
