"Outside Belfast, but good value for money, would come back again"

"I recently had to drop everything and fly home to Belfast because of a family emergency. I simply Googled “Best place to stay near the Ulster Hospital?”. A fantastic 5-star review appeared about Peartree Hill. I genuinely had more in my head so I simply made the booking. A few minutes after I received an email from Peartree Hill if I had any special requests. We arrived late at night and was greeted by Avril. She was so kind and had everything ready for us. I had a really long day traveling...

"Overall this house was very nice and well maintained. The welcome binder didn't include information about where the washer and dryer were located or how to use them properly. The house sits on a hill and the incline to walk up the driveway was very steep. This home is definitely not for someone who has physical limitations. Our family of 4 was comfortable and felt safe in this home and at this location. "

"Apartment was easy to get to and clean. Beds were super comfy after a long day's travel. "

"Very nice home and clean.Would have preferred the common bathroom to have a proper shower and not just a tub with a wand. The curtains for the side windows in the Master bedroom did not completely cover the window. This allowed light from the street and passing cars to enter at night.Would have been nice to have air conditioning or fans to move the air. Opening the windows was not really an option because they did not have screens and we didn’t bugs coming into the house."

Rooms unfortunately big let down 1 bath towel for 2 ppl double room 2 single beds pushed together pillows very uncomfortable small tv nice hotel but unfortunately quality of rooms let it down, not worth what i paid, wouldn't return or recommend "

"What an amazing place. Very quaint building. Was made to feel like we were at home the moment we walked in. Steve is an amazing manager and made us smile and laugh as soon as we walked in. The breakfast in the morning is small but perfect for the setting. The return guests we met are all wonderful and see why they keep coming back "
