Would request first floor next time in this section if traveling with young children or a senior as there is no elevator. "When we arrived to check in we were notified by the staff that we’d have to change cabins the next day. They said it’s because the resort is a timeshare and the owner wants to use the cabin we’re staying in the next day. They said they’d move us to cabin 13. We asked why we couldn’t go to cabin 13 and they said because it’s not clean yet. I suspect that we were supposed to be in cabin 13 originally but they didn’t get it clean in time.
