I went in to check-in for my reservation and the guy took my debit card then asked for my ID. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't find my reservation. I then showed him on my phone that i booked a reservation for 2 nights only one person. He then took my phone and starred at my information for a while printed me off a piece of paper and told me to sign. When i looked at the paper it had someone elses name, card information and it was for two people. I then told him this and he said sorry i can't find your reservation. So for about 15 mins i was out in my car figuring out how to cancel from the app. I also called left a message and texted the property own. I ended up coming back in later telling him my card is already been charged for a room and id either like to cancel due to inconvenience or actually be able to get my room i reserved. He went back to the computer asked my name again and this time he found it. I was not impressed with the how this situation went down.
