"Pretty awful experience. My husband and I had booked a stay for our wedding anniversary and had mentioned it to the staff during booking as they had asked if it was for a special occasion. We had also requested a baby cot in our room. We received an email saying that both were noted but once we got there, nothing was there. We had to call reception twice to get the baby cot in the room. Nothing special at all regarding the special occasion, not even a note. We ended checking out early and did...

"We enjoyed the free breakfast , the cleanliness, the electric charger, the hot tub, the staff, the comfortable bed, and the Fall colours view was beautiful !"

"Very nice condo with view of the mountains."

"Please be aware that this hotel is more like a hostel with no permanent staff anywhere at all. And please note that the nearest towns/villages are about a 15-minute drive away. So do remember to buy edibles and drinkables to tide you over. "

"Everything about my three night stay was perfect. I enjoyed the comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and ideal location for exploring the town and local area."

"Easy check in and convenient"

"L'emplacement est parfaite."

"We loved this spot. It was a small hotel that exuded calm, relaxation in a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed dawn on the dock access to Lac Brome, we walked the trails around the large property and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area - Sutton, Knowlton were fun to explore with wonderful hikes. The only disappointment was that the restaurant is was closed for our first 2 nights."
